Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

Welcome to Veterans World Magazine. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of veteransworldmagazine.com and the digital magazine and content we provide (together, the “Site”). Please read them carefully. By using the Site or subscribing to the magazine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Veterans World Magazine

Veterans World Magazine is a proudly independent, for-profit publication organized as an Arizona limited liability company. The magazine is a free public service for Veterans, active military members, transitioning service members, and their families. We maintain full editorial independence and control over our content unless otherwise stated.

Use of the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and read the magazine for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit harmful, abusive, harassing, or misleading content

Intellectual Property

The content of the Site and magazine — including articles, text, graphics, logos, the “Veterans World Magazine” name and marks, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to Veterans World Magazine and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may share links to our content and enjoy it for personal use, but you may not use our content or marks without permission except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Some content, images, or press releases referenced in the magazine may be owned by third parties (including government agencies) and remain the property of their respective owners.

Submissions

We welcome story ideas, letters, and content suggestions from our readers. If you send us any content, feedback, or materials (“Submissions”), you grant Veterans World Magazine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, and publish that Submission in connection with the magazine. You represent that you have the right to share what you send and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. We are under no obligation to publish or use any Submission and may edit it for length, clarity, or style.

Advertising and Sponsorship

The magazine may feature advertising and sponsorships. When a company or organization sponsors an edition, their logo may appear on the cover with the words “Proudly Sponsored by,” and sponsorships are arranged at an agreed level. Sponsorship and advertising do not imply editorial involvement, control, or endorsement, and do not give any sponsor authority over our content. References to third-party products, services, or organizations are not endorsements unless expressly stated.

Informational Purposes — Not Professional Advice

The magazine and Site are provided for general informational and human-interest purposes. Content about topics such as VA benefits and disability claims, healthcare, wellness, finances, employment, or the law is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional (such as a physician, attorney, financial advisor, or an accredited VA claims representative). Always consult an appropriate professional or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for advice about your specific situation.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may link to third-party websites and content that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and magazine are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veterans World Magazine and its owners, members, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site or magazine, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veterans World Magazine and its owners, members, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
